Resident volunteers: Resident volunteers live in one of the houses and support the development of the kids during studies, in the workshops or in the house. They also participate in daily activities thereby supporting Ipoderac’s team. Board and lodging is included.

-        To be older than 20 years

-        To have a basic level of Spanish

-        To be prepared to spend at least three months at Ipoderac
