We have developed a concept of self-sufficiency based on several productive on-site workshops, the largest of which is our cheese factory which produces cheese under internationally recognized quality. For the production process we rely on the labor of hired personel and, for the distribution and selling of the products, in the alliances with clients and distributors.

Proceeds from the sale of the products made in our workshops cover most of our costs, which are complemented by donations granted by foundations, companies and institutional friends.
